이 연구는 지적 및 자폐성장애인의 직무중심 직업훈련 중재 연구에 대한 국내 동향을 파악하고 연구에 적용된 중재 전략을 고찰함으로써 관련 프로그램의 향후 개발과 연구에 기여하기 위하여 실시하였다. 이를 위해 최근 10년간 국내 주요 학술지를 대상으로 지적 및 자폐성장애인의 직무중 심 직업훈련 중재 연구 18편을 선정하였고 이를 바탕으로 연구동향과 중재 특성을 분석하였다. 연 구결과로서, 연구 동향, 연구 대상, 연구 환경, 연구 방법, 교육 방법, 목표 행동, 훈련 결과에 따 른 시사점을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this systematic review of literature was to analyze vocational intervention for young adults with intellectual and autism disorders. For this, This study reviewed vocational interventions for individuals with young adults with intellectual and autism disorders that have been published domestically from 2007 to 2017. Author assessed 18 studies as final analsis subject according to the selection criterion. The results of this study are summarized as follows. This study suggested final analsis results as implications according to the research trends, study subjects, experimental environment, vocational interventions, experimental design and outcome effects.
