The purpose of this study was to identify the trends and issues of research on future corporate
education and training by using keyword network analysis methodology, and to provide implications of
future corporate education and training in the fourth industrial revolution. We analyzed 1,090 keywords
of 353 papers published in corporate education and training-related journals from 2003 to 2017. The
results of the study were as follows: First, researches have been actively carried out mainly in business
science and pedagogy in the social sciences. However, recently, they have been spreading in various
academic fields. Second, they have been conducted for the innovation of small and medium enterprises,
entrepreneurship, corporate performance, management performance, human resources development, and
lifelong education as key themes. Third, in recent years, the relationship between corporate education and
training, innovation, and organizational performance have been strengthened. In conclusion, the results of
this study provided valuable insights for understanding the research of corporate education and training.
