연구목적 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 기존에 있던 직업의 상당수가 사라지고 소수만을 필요로 하거 나 새로운 직업이 등장하여 전체적인 일자리의 수가 줄어들 것이라며 부정적인 전망이 언급되고 있는 현재, 국내 작업치료사들의 4차혁명에 대한 인식도와 최신기술을 활용한 치료에 대해 어떠 한 태도를 갖고 있는지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 2017년 11월 27일부터 12월 11일까지 서울특별시에서 근무하고 있는 작업치료사 120명을 대상으 로 조사를 실시하였다. 배부된 설문지는 총 200부 였으며, 인터넷 링크와 직접 방문으로 회수된 설문지는 123부였다. 이중 불성실한 응답지 3부를 제외하고 120부가 분석대상이 되었다. 분석은 빈도 분석과 기술 통계를 사용하여 분석하였으며, 통계 프로그램은 SPSS Version 21.0을 사용하 였다. 연구결과 4차혁명에 대해 알고 있거나 들어본 적이 있다고 답한 응답자가 93.3%로 가장 많았으며, 4차혁 명에 대한 긍정적인 응답의 비율이 가장 높은 가상현실이 97.3%을 나타냈으며, 부정적인 응답에 서는 신경망 기계학습이 79.1%로 가장 높았다. 작업치료에서의 최신 기술이 ‘필요하다’라고 답한 응답자가 73.3%으로 가장 많았으며, 필요한 이유 중 ‘더 나은 서비스 제공을 위해서’가 54.9%로 가장 높았다. ‘필요없는’ 이유 중에서는 ‘작업치료사의 수요 감소’가 50%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 고찰 본 연구를 통하여 향후 최신기술들을 이용한 치료 중재에 대한 효율적인 연구와 활용도 높은 치 료법 및 치료도구 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료되며 더 구체적인 항목으로 인식도 조사 및 향후 전 망에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.
Study Purpose : The study seeks to find out how many of the existing jobs have emerged in the fourth round of industrial revolution and need a new job, or a new job, as a result of a negative outlook on the nation's fourth largest job, which is a negative outlook for domestic occupational therapists. Study Method : Between November 27, 2017 and December 11, the Seoul Metropolitan Government conducted a survey of 120 working people working in the Seoul metropolitan area. Analysis was analysed using frequency analysis and technical statistics, and statistical programs used SPSS Version 21.0. Discussion : This study will require efficient research of treatments for interventions using up-to-date technologies and advanced treatments and treatment tools that will need to be developed, and further research should be conducted and further research into future prospects.
