This study is to be pursue the improve the quality of life of senior citizens who use seoul-type daycare center by analyzing satisfaction of senior users on their life. The study had been accomplished the question investigation analyzing 150 questionnaires which is spread to the 150 user’s guardians to 6 facilities of daycare center which is located at Youngdeungpo-gu, Seoul on 2015 March.The results are like the followings. First, high proportion of the subjects is female, their age group is seventy, and many of users are living with their children -especially their son-. and they are living in Yeouido-dong, their religion is Christianity, their academy background is university and most of users are having their own house. Usually subjects have used for 1-3 years. and the most important thing when they consider facilities is degree of distance. and the program they are mostly satisfied is cognitive function program. Second, The result analysis of satisfaction difference between sex said that satisfaction of female is meaninguflly higher than that of male, and also said that the subjects are satisfied with service contents and facility environment. Satisfaction evaluation of use procedure according to period of utilization is high for people which have used from 3 years to 6 years, and in other evaluations, satisfaction of staff's kindness, satisfaction of service contents, the outcome is also same. Cost is less considered when selecting a seoul-type daycare center. That is, the customer are not satisfied with center's cheap price. Fifth, The program client are meaningfully satisfied like following: health check, nutrition management, sanitary control, cognitive function program, function recovery training. Satisfaction of these are higher than those programs: recreational activity program, family consultation, sending letters to their child, vehicle service, special program. The political and practical proposal through this experiment result are like following.Need to provide a differentiated program for clients. Improvement of a system based on user is needed, the system should be changed in order to reflect demand and compliant. Improving sanitary control is needed for the typical Seoul daycare center. The effort will be needed that improves way of operating program for users. Promtion about daycare center should be made through various channels. Another research is expected to consider individual characteristic and various factor of senior who lives in capital area and farming and fishing area.
