The purpose of this study was to develop a student`s counseling coaching skill that is to perform an effective
capability on problem solving and self-efficiency of college students. This experimental study was desigened with
equivalent control group pre-post test design. The number of subjects in the experimental and control group for
this study were 30 at 00 college in ulsan, from september, 2010 to novermber, 2010. The coaching was carried
out 20minute to one coachee. The problem-solving scale(Heppner & Petersen, 1988) and Self-efficacy scale(Ayong,
1997) used as Pre and Post-Test. The data were analyzed by independent t-test. The result are as follows: First,
compared to the control group, counseling coaching skill group were for the most parts improved significantl on
problem solving capability. Second, compared to the control group, Self-efficacy scale in counseling coaching skill
group were not improved significantly.
