본 연구는 항중 교역의 증대에 따라 지역항만의 중요성이 대두되고 있는 실정에서 특히 중국내 발 전 속도가 빠른 중국 청도항을 중심으로 연구하고자 하였다. 이에 청도항과 가장 많은 교역량을 보이 는 부산항과 비교를 통해 양국 항만 거점의 균형있는 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 항만 의 정의와 항만경쟁력의 정의 및 경쟁력 요소를 분석하고 이를 기반으로 한 청도항과 부산항의 경쟁 력을 비교하였다. 이를 통해 청도항의 경쟁력 향상 방안을 도출하였다. 연구의 결과로 항만의 경쟁력 요소를 중심으로 밝혔으며 이는 먼저 기초시설의 개선으로부터 시작하여 항만시설의 경쟁력을 제고 해야 하고 항만 서비스측면에서 항만 운송시스템을 개선하고 항만운송 네트워크 품질을 향상시켜야 하고 관련된 배송시스템을 보완하는 필요를 확인했다. 또한 운송 네트워크 측면에서 항만의 배후단지 를 기점으로 컨테이너 운송 센터를 구축하며 선박회사, 포워더, 대형 화주를 유치하는 해상운송 및 철도운송의 통합 연계 시스템을 형성하여야 하고 보세단지의 발전을 위해 부가가치 서비스가 용이하 게 제공되도록 다양한 형태의 물류센터를 운영하도록 해야 함을 밝혔다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the importance of regional ports according to the increase of China - China trade. Therefore, we tried to suggest a balanced development plan of port bases of both countries through comparison with Qingdao Port and Busan Port, which has the largest trade volume. For this purpose, the definition of port, the definition of port competitiveness and the factors of competitiveness were analyzed, and the competitiveness of Qingdao Port and Busan Port were compared. Through this, we developed a plan to improve the competitiveness of Qingdao Port. As a result of the study, we focused on the competitiveness factors of the port. First, we should improve the competitiveness of the port facilities from the improvement of the basic facilities, improve the port transportation system in terms of port services, improve the quality of the port transportation network, We have identified the need to complement the system. In addition, in terms of transportation network, the container transportation center should be constructed from the rear complex of the port, and it should form an integrated linking system of shipping company, forwarder, marine transportation that attracts large shippers, and rail transportation. It is necessary to operate various types of distribution centers so that they can be easily provided.
