본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 헌혈 참여의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 횡단적 조사연구로 서울에 소재한 4년제 2개 대학의 남녀 대학생을 대상으로 헌혈 무경험자 와 다회헌혈자를 편의추출하였으며 총 대상자는 262명이었다. 연구결과 다회 헌혈자가 헌혈 무경험자 보다 헌혈에 대한 태도, 이타성, 보상 및 참여의지가 높았으며 유의한 차이가 있었다. 헌혈 참여의지 는 헌혈에 대한 태도(r=.667, p<.001), 보상(r=.524, p<.001), 이타성(r=.408, p<.001)과 모두 유의하게 양 의 상관관계를 보였다. 단계적 회귀분석결과 헌혈에 대한 태도(β=0.48, p<.001), 보상(β=0.22, p<.001), 이타성(β=0.16, p=.001)이 헌혈 참여의지에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났고, 설명력은 50%로 통계적으 로 유의하였다(F=45.11, p<.001). 대학생의 헌혈에 대한 태도와 이타성을 긍정적으로 이끌어낼 수 있 는 교육 및 홍보를 통해 헌혈이 사랑의 실천임을 인식하고 타인과 생명을 나누는 존귀한 행동임을 강조하여, 자발적인 헌혈 참여의지를 강화시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
This study was conducted to identify factors affecting the Intention of Blood Donation in College Students. This was a cross-sectional study and was conducted with 262 college students in Seoul. In result, Repeated blood donors showed significantly higher levels of attitude, altruism, reward and willingness to donate than non-blood donors. Intention of Blood Donation had significant positive correlations with attitude(r=.667, p<.001), reward(r=.524, p<.001) and altruism(r=.408, p<.001). In this study, factors affecting Intention of Blood Donation were attitude(β=0.48, p<.001), reward(β=0.22, p<.001) and altruism(β=0.16, p=.001). The factors explained 50% of Intention of Blood Donation(F=45.11, p<.001). Through education and advertisement that can bring College Students’ attitude and altruism on Blood Donation to positivity, individuals should inform that Blood Donation is a kind and meaningful practice and a precious performance that shares lives with others. Those interventions will strengthen the minds to participate in Blood Donation more voluntarily.
