본 연구는 중환자실 간호사와 보험심사 간호사를 대상으로 간호직 삶의 질과 건강증진행위 및 프 리젠티즘 정도를 파악하고 프리젠티즘의 관련요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구다. B광역시 소재 상급종합병원과 종합병원 급 의료기관 및 대학병원에 근무하는 중환자실 간호사 100명, 보험심사 간 호사 98명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 측정도구는 The Quality of Nursing Work Life, Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ, Stanford Presenteeism Scale를 이용하였고, 수집된 자료는 기술통계와 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 프리젠티즘의 하위영역 중 건강문제의 관련요인은 중환자실 간 호사의 직위와 건강증진행위, 보험심사 간호사의 총경력과 연봉으로 나타났고, 지각된 생산성의 관련 요인으로는 중환자실 간호사의 총경력, 보험심사 간호사의 간호직 삶의 질, 건강증진행위로 나타났다. 간호부서의 특성에 따른 프리젠티즘을 파악하고 프리젠티즘을 낮추기 위해 간호직 삶의 질 향상과 건강증진행위 증진을 위한 노력이 필요하다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality of work life, health promoting behaviors, and presenteeism and to identify the related factors presenteeism of ICU nurse and Insurance review(IR) nurse. The data collected from 100 ICU nurses and 98 IR nurses in B city. The Quality of Nursing Work Life, Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ and Stanford Presenteeism Scale was used. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and simultaneous multiple regression. Among the sub-areas of presenteeism, health problem's influencing factor were health promoting behaviors in ICU nurse, work period and annual income in IR nurse, perceived of productivity's influencing factor were work period in ICU nurse, the quality of nursing work life and health promotion behavior in IR nurse. Based on this study, it should be develop the strategies to improve quality of nursing work life and health promoting behavior and to reduce presenteeism.
