본 연구는 2013학년도 대학수학능력시험에서 시각장애학생을 위해 출제된 대체문항의 특성을분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 실제 사용된 대학수학능력시험의 일반 문항과 대체문항의 특징을 분석하고, 본 연구자, 현직 특수교사, 그리고 교과 담당 교사의 검토를 통하여 문항의 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과 대체문항은 완전히 다른 문항이 되는 경우, 그림을 빼고 서술형으로 그림을 대체하여 설명하는 경우, 그림을 빼고 출제된 경우 이상 세 가지 유형으로 나눌 수 있었다. 그리고 시각장애학생들이 가장 어려워하는 과목인 수리영역 (가) 영역의 일반문항과 대체문항을 고등학교 수학교사의 검토를 통하여 어떠한 차이가 있는지 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 대학수학능력시험에 사용된 대체문항의 사용과 제작에 대한 의의와 시사점을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of alternative tests for students with visual impairments. In order to analyze College Scholastic Ability Test 2013, we compared with general test and alternative test and a mathematics teacher investigated four mathematics questions. We categorized into three type of alternative items. First type is completely different item. Second type is removing picture or graph and descriptive sentences were presented in a supplement. Third type is removing pictures or charts from general questions and the same as the questions. And a mathematics teacher reviewed general questions and alternative questions that subject is the most difficult for students with visual impairments and revealed any difference both of them. From this results, in College Scholastic Ability Test, we proposed the educational implication and suggestions with alternative assessments.
