이 논문은 K 복지관을 이용하고 있는 장애아동과 비장애 아동의 통합프로그램의 효과에 대한 연구이다. 장애아동은 이 프로그램을 통해 사회기술 훈련을 학습하고 비장애 아동은 장애 친구들을 이해하고 도와줄 수 있는 방법을 통합된 교실과 프로그램에서 배울 수 있다. 비장애 아동의 부모는 통합교육 프로그램이 자신의 자녀가 좀 더 이해심이 넓어지고 자비롭고 세심한 배려를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대하였다.. 본 연구를 통해서 1. 제공된 프로그램이 장애 아동에게는 사회기술과 집단에 참여하는 비율에 효과적이었으며, 2. 비 장애 아동에게는 장애친구들을 받아들일 수 있는 마음의 준비를 해주었고, 사회복지사의 적절하고도 규칙적인 개입이 비장애 아동의 마음을 여는데 많은 도움을 주었으며, 3. 비장애 아동의 부모도 자녀를 따라 장애아동을 대하는 태도의 변화가 현저하게 나타났으며, 4. 장애아동과 비장애 아동의 사회적 통합은 제공된 프로그램처럼 잘 구조화된 프로그램이 필요로 됨을 알 수 있었다.
This study is for effectiveness Integrated-Subject Education between handicapped and non-handicapped children who are participated in our welfare center, after-school program. For the handicapped children, how to learn social skills is the purpose of the program. Non-handicapped children learn way of understanding and helping the handicapped friends, at the same class. Parents of non-handicapped children are expected become aware Integrated-Subject Education programs makes their children more comprehensive, merciful and tender-hearted. The conclusions of the study are as follows 1. This program has effected on Handicapped children\'s social skills and the rate of participation at the group. 2. Non-handicapped children became ready to receive their handicapped freinds. A regular intervals Intervention of the social worker has a good effect on opening their mind to handicapped friends. 3. Attitude towards to the non- handicapped children have changed following their son\'s and daughter\'s. 4. The possibility of the social integration required a well organized Intergrated- subjected Education program, like we did.
