Self-regulated learning, which emphasize learner\'s own regulation skills during their learning process, has been recognized as an important concept in enterprise e-Learning. This recognition has led to several studies to prove the effects of self-regulated learning strategies in e-Learning environment. However, most of those studies have focused on proposing the conceptual framework and examining correlation among some variables. So, this study aims to identify e-Learning support strategies and to develop the Learning-Blog as a powerful tool for the effective self-regulated learning in enterprise.
The process of this study were summarized as follows. First, seven components in three distinctive phases of self-regulated learning included the forethought(pre-study), the performance(study) and the evaluation(post-study) phases were selected. Second, the support strategies of e-Learning and the development principles of Learning-Blog were specified. And then, Learning-Blog has developed as a virtual learning space using semantic web technologies. Learning-Blog can make learners set their learning goals, monitor their and other learners\' learning paths, and evaluate their performance.
To be sure, this study has some limitations, and considerable work needs to be done. At the very least, the researchers and developers hope this article is able to provide impetus for strengthening the application of new technologies into this field.
