본 연구는 어머니의 양육태도 중 어머니의 정서상태, 자녀와의 의사소통과 만 5세 자녀의 문제행동과의 관계를 알아보았다. 이로써 유아들의 문제행동을 예방하며, 그들의 건강한 발달을 돕는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 성남시와 대전시에 소재한 유아교육기관 만5세반 유아들의 어머니 48명을 선정하여 유아의 문제행동과 어머니의 양육태도를 조사한 후, SPSS WIN 11.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, Pearson의 적률상관계수로 내용분석하여 결과를 알아보았다. 연구결과 어머니의 긍정적 정서상태와 유아의 문제행동과의 관계는 유아의 주의 집중문제에서, 어머니의 위기상황에서의 정서반응과 유아의 문제행동과의 관계에서는 유의미하게 나타났으며, 어머니의 의사소통과 유아의 문제행동과의 관계는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 없었다. 따라서 어머니의 부정적인 감정은 자녀의 문제행동 발생의 원인이 될 수 있기 때문에 유아기의 자녀에게는 양육자인 어머니의 긍정적 양육태도가 요구되며, 자녀를 양육할 때는 어머니 자신의 정서를 조절하는 훈련이 필요하다.
This study investigated the relation among mother\'s positive/ negative emotional condition, communication in their fostering attitude and their children\' problem behavior. The purpose of the study is to prevent children\' problem behavior and to help their healthy growth. The study was carried by 48 mothers of children in 5-year-old age, and each preschool is located in Sung-nam and Dae-Jeon. As the result, the relation between mother\'s positive emotional condition and child\'s problem behavior, in the part of child\'s concentration, is significant according to the relation between mother\'s emotional reaction in emergency and child\'s problem behavior. But there was no significant mutual correlation of mother\'s communication to child\'s problem behavior. Therefore, with mother\'s negative emotion being able to be the important cause of their child\'s problem behavior, kids in the childhood need mother\'s positive fostering attitude as a fosterer and also need a training of control mother\'s emotion when they bring up their children.
