The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a career-reading program on the career-decision of self-efficacy and career attitude maturity of regular high school girls. As for experimental design, a pretest-posttest control group design was employed. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/Win 10.0 program was used, and t-test, correlation coefficient method were implemented. As a result, the career-reading program brought a positive effect on high school girls\' career-decision self-efficacy and career attitude maturity, and the career-decision of self-efficacy had significantly positive correlation with the career attitude maturity. Thus, it\'s proven that the career-reading program geared toward regular high school girls had a positive effect on their career-decision self-efficacy and career attitude maturity.
