This research aims to ensure their jobs as a blind massager for those students who are about to graduate from S School and for its graduates. Targeting elderly people, disabled people, and company employees suffering physical troubles who received massage services from the blind people as part of the healthy massage business aimed at preventing diseases and boosting health, it also seeks to analyze their satisfaction and needs about massage services. To verify the job performance possibility within healthy massage business establishments and welfare institutions, a pilot business was conducted within M Welfare Hall and G establishment. As a result, nearly all who received healthy massage were very satisfied about it. First, this implies that, given that blind massagers are very kind, they are seen as being equipped with basic qualities for preparing to practice massage services or as medical service deliverers. Also, with regard to communications between vision-impaired and ordinary recipients of massage, people were negative, but it turned out to be an unfounded prejudice and concern. Second, people want to demand more massage and have more opportunities to receive massage services. Third, since the place where massage is provided and the distance that one has to travel to get the service are closely related to service recipients\' satisfaction, massage service by visiting customers or placement of health keepers within companies are considered strategically very important, given the inconvenience of industrial accident-sustained workers.
