This study was conducted as a preliminary research to develop the tentative plan of the child art
appreciation activity program for kindergarten teachers in order to vitalize its role at fields, conducting
the written survey with reference to the needs of web-based child art appreciation activity for kindergarten
teachers who are working at actual fields. The respondents said that the child art appreciation activity
program was needed at actual fields. The child art appreciation activity program should be featured
a narration type explanation, which is an advantage of the web characteristics, for the works. In addition,
it should supply the movie type open classes as to enlarge instruction learning for newly appointed
kindergarten teachers. The system should be managed systematically by the web specialist as well. The
previous research results indicated that the program should have the reference library function of
appreciation materials because the materials were hard to contact. Reflecting their requests fully, the
tentative plan of the web-based child art appreciation activity program which can be applicable to real
fields was developed. The program is composed of an constitution of the web and an practical application
of the web by the life subject.
