본 연구의 목적은 일에 대한 태도와 인간관계, 문제해결행동, 창의적 성격이 창의적 사고력과 어떠한 관계에 있는 지 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 대학생 84명을 대상으로 일에 대한 태도, 인간관계, 문제해결행동, 창의적 성격, 창의적 사고력 검사를 실시하고 수빈된 자료를 Pearson 상관분석, 단계별 다중회귀분석, Barron과 Kenny의 매개 분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의적 사고력 총점에 대해 일에 대한 태도와 문제해결행동, 성격, 인간관계가 모두 유의한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 다중회귀분석 결과 창의적 사고력을 설명하는 유의한 변인은 성격이었다. 셋째, 일에 대한 태도와 인간관계, 문제해결행동은 성격을 매개로 창의적 사고력에 영향을 미쳤다.
The present study explored relationships between creative thinking, personality, attitude for the work, personal relationships, and problem solving behavior. The responses of 84 university students on TTCT, personality, attitude for the work, personal relationships, and problem solving behavior scales were collected and analyzed by Cronbach a tests, Pearson correlations and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, there were significant positive relationships between creative thinking, personality, attitude for the work, personal relationships, and problem solving behavior. Second, multiple regression analysis 교demonstrated that personality was a good predictor of the creative thinking. Finally, the effects of attitude for the work, personal relationships, and problem solving behavior, respectively on creative thinking were mediated by personality.
