The present study explored relationships between creative thinking, personality, attitude for the work, personal relationships, and problem solving behavior. The responses of 84 university students on TTCT, personality, attitude for the work, personal relationships, and problem solving behavior scales were collected and analyzed by Cronbach a tests, Pearson correlations and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, there were significant positive relationships between creative thinking, personality, attitude for the work, personal relationships, and problem solving behavior. Second, multiple regression analysis 교demonstrated that personality was a good predictor of the creative thinking. Finally, the effects of attitude for the work, personal relationships, and problem solving behavior, respectively on creative thinking were mediated by personality.
