The purpose of this study is to diagnose a possibility of education and to design a
teaching and learning model of the mobile-learning environment which means the
mobile and wireless internet technology. The mobile-learning can confirm the
individual learning and will enhance the communication between teacher and learner,
as inter-learners. A mobile learning environment can also make some learners
approach the learning resource rapidly without wired internet access. As an
experiment, we analyzed many cases of the mobile learning and adapted the element
of design from those cases.
