This study can be explained threefold; reviewing the compilation structure of existing textbooks; investigating incompatibilities occurring during the course of textbook development; and eventually reaching the mechanisms for enhancing the effectiveness of textbook-making process. Pertain to these purposes, firstly, in reviewing the up-to-date publication structure, textbook-related policies and its directions, publication and operation, and text auditing and practical experiments are observed. Secondly, as for the investigation of incompatibilities in developmental paths, the study looks into various policies in resolving systematic management problems and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis. On the third subdivision, the investigation deals with amelioration of textbook’s institutional regime, auditing processes, diversification of subjects, management resources and finally price rationalization of textbooks. Such an inquiry can hopefully be utilized as a helpful element in enhancing the effectiveness of textbook-related policies and betterment of regulation.
