The concept of the teachers\' practical Knowledge exhibits the complementary
relation between theory and practice. It can be seen a system of understanding that
a teacher him/herself constructs having regard to his/her classroom situation in
teaching.
The teachers\' practical Knowledge have three aspects which are helpful to
appreciate subject-matter instruction. The aspects can be enumerated contents,
structure and orientation. The contents of the teachers practical knowledge can be
divided into five elements : the knowledge of curriculum, of the subject-matter, of
the instruction, of the milieu of teaching, and of the self as teacher. They serve for
us to make sense of teachers\' practical knowledge which make his/her instruction
possible. The orientation of the teachers\' practical Knowledge is a aspect that it
make for us to understand the origin of the teachers\' practical Knowledge and
his/her intention of instruction. It can be divided into five elements: the theoretical,
situational, social, experiential, and personal orientation.
The concept of The teachers\' practical Knowledge is very dynamic. It explains not
only teacher\'s human life but also represents educative life, which make him/her
realize his/her strength and weakness of teaching throughout his/her teaching
activity.
