이 연구의 목적은 교류분석의 자아상태에 따른 공업고등학교 협동학습 수업에서 학생들의 상호작용 및 교류패턴을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 공업고등학교 협동학습에 참여한 학생들 24명을 대상으로 이고그램을 활용하여 학생들의 구조-기능을 분석 하고, 이를 토대로 자기긍정-타인긍정의 집단과 이질적인 집단으로 구성하고 두 집단의 협동학습에서 이루어진 대화 내용을 녹음, 녹화하여 여기에서 이루어진 언어적 상호작용과 교류패턴을 분석하여 두 집단의 협동학습 효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구에 참여한 학생들의 특성은 FC 점수가 가장 높고 CP점수가 상대적으로 낮았다. 이는 학생들의 특성이 자유분방하며 자기 표현이 분명하지만 느슨하고 무절제한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구 대상 학생들의 인생태도 분석도에 나타난 내용은 자기긍정-타인긍정의 인생태도를 보인 학생은 6명(25%)이며 자기긍정-타인부정의 태도를 보인 학생은 15명(62.5%)으로 나타났다. 셋째, 두집단의 대화 패턴을 분석한 결과, 자기긍정-타인긍정 집단이 이질적인 자아상태 집단보다 더 많은 대화가 이루어졌으며, 상보교류의 횟수도 상대적으로 더 많았다. 따라서 공업고등학교 협동학습 수업에서 자아상태 특성에 따른 집단의 구성이 수업의 학습 효과에 중요한 영향을 미치며, 자기긍정-타인긍정 집단이 이질적인 자아상태 집단보다 수업의 효과가 더 높은 것으로 드러났다.
The purpose of this study is to design new method of grouping by transactional analysis ego states on small group in the technical high school. and make a comparative study of small groups\' transaction pattens. For the process of this study, students\' structural and functional ego states were analysed by ego gram. After that the same quality of ego state small groups were organized by the members who have high score on I\'m OK and You\'re OK position. and also The different in kind small groups were organized by the students, each of whom has different ego state score. After the target small group was video- taped, students\' verbal interaction was written into transcripts. Their interactions and transaction patterns were analysed by the frame of verbal interaction. The results of ego gram analysis is that the score of FC is most high and the score of CP is low. High FC means students have their fling and clothe their thoughs in suitable language. And low CP means students have personality of immoderation and loose. The target students\' life attitude graph shows that I\'m OK-You\'re OK students is 6(25%) and I\'m not OK-You\'re not OK students is 15(25%). This study is progressed with 3 small groups of positiveness and 3 different in kind small groups. The result of this study was that the same quality of positiveness small group had more active interaction(370 times) than different in kind small group(299 times). The frequency of complementary transaction was also higher plenty in the same quality of positiveness small group. but the frequency of crossed transaction was higher plenty in different in kind small group. So this study verify that when organize students into small groups on cooperative learning class in the technical high school the ego states of positiveness is important variable.
