창의적 마인드셋트 척도의 개발 및 타당화

본 연구는 D시에 위치한 D 교육대학교 1, 2학년 학생 834명과 J시에 위치한 J 교육대학교 3학년 학생 112명, 총 946명을 대상으로 창의적 마인드셋트 척도(Creative Mindset Scale: CMS)를 개발하여 타당화하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 Karwowski(2014)의 연구에서 제안한 척도 를 바탕으로 우리나라 대학생들에게 적합하게 개발하였으며, 고정 마인드셋트와 성장 마인셋 트의 2개 하위 요인을 포함하는 총 10문항으로 척도를 개발하였다. 최종 분석의 대상은 결측 치를 제외한 835명이다. 수집된 자료에 대한 문항내적 일치도 Cronbach α, 상관분석, 그리고 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 요인구조 모형의 적합도 분석을 통해 타당화하였다. 자료 분석의 결과 척도 10문항 전체 신뢰도 Cronbach α는 .827로 양호한 것으로 나타났으며, 하위요인 성장 마인드셋트는 .709이고 고정 마인드셋트는 .771로 나타났다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 최종적으로 9문항으로 구성된 척도 모형의 적합도 CFI, TLI는 .90 이상, RMSEA는 .067로 .055∼.076의 기 준을 충족시켜 구조적으로 적합한 모형으로 판명되었다.

영문초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and to validate Creative Mindset Scale(CMS). Based on Karwowski(2014) study, 10 items consisting with 2 sub-factors, growth mindset and fixed mindset of CMS were translated into Korean, and executed to college students of a total 835 from D and J Elementary Teachers' College in Korea. The data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 program. Item correlations, reliabilities for sub-factors, and confirmatory factor analysis for factor structure model fit test were performed. The results showed that the model fit indexes of TLI, CFI, RMSEA, and χ² value were satisfied with the criteria for factor structure model fit in this study. The implications for future study were suggested.
