This study is a research for the Ecological Variables which give effects to the influence of life rehabilitation
teachers' happiness at the residential facilities for the severely disabled, and is to be used as a basic data
to help understand the life rehabilitation teacher's happines.
In a consideration of the result from this research, first, in a case of life rehabilitation teachers' ages
and educational backgrounds as the organism variables, it shows that age gives an effect to their happiness,
but for the educational background, there is no a significant difference.
Second, in the case of marriage, religion, and career as the microsystem variables, it shows that marriage
and family support gives an effect to happiness, but for religion and career, there are no significant
differences.
Third, in the case of interaction between life rehabilitation teachers and residents in the facility as the
mesosystem variables, emotional interaction gives a big effect to life rehabilitation teachers' happiness, but
it shows a low linguistic interaction.
Fourth, in the case of environment of institution as the exosystem variables, job satisfaction gives a
big effect to life rehabilitation teachers' happiness, but it shows a low result for promotion.
Fifth, As a result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis with ecological variables which were applied
to each level as independent variables, I found out that the higher living rehabilitation teachers’ happiness
were, the higher family support, job satisfaction, emotional interaction with the residents in the facility,
and age were.
