In this research, there are to look for plan that can cooperate smoothly with special education
teacher aids(SETA) for education of students with severe and multiple disabilities.
Problem of current SETA system appeared by unreasonable choice and arrangement, indefinite
period ofbusinessrole, and side effects according to the long-term service in same school of
them. Risult in that problem, it is bringing blockage in cooperation with special education
teachers and SETAs in schools.
So there was that proposed new system for cultivation and disposition of special education
teacher aids by some reform measures.
