본 연구에서는 중도·중복장애학생의 교육을 위한 특수교육보조원과의 원활한 협력 방안을 모색 하고자 하였다. 현행 특수교육보조원 제도의 문제점으로 비합리적인 선정 및 배치, 불명확한 업무 역할, 동일학교 장기근무에 따른 부작용 등이 파악되었다. 이러한 문제점이 특수교육보조원과 특 수교육교사와의 협력에 저해를 가져오고 있으며, 그 개선방안으로 새로운 특수교육보조원 양성 및 전달체계를 제안하였다.
In this research, there are to look for plan that can cooperate smoothly with special education teacher aids(SETA) for education of students with severe and multiple disabilities. Problem of current SETA system appeared by unreasonable choice and arrangement, indefinite period ofbusinessrole, and side effects according to the long-term service in same school of them. Risult in that problem, it is bringing blockage in cooperation with special education teachers and SETAs in schools. So there was that proposed new system for cultivation and disposition of special education teacher aids by some reform measures.
