본 연구는 현직교육 과정의 하나로 진행되는 1정연수 과정의 특징과 의미를 밝히고자 하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 한 대학에서 이루어진 1정연수 과정에 대해 질적 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 1정연수 과정은 교사들에게 긍정과 부정의 의미가 함께 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 긍정적인 의미로는 ‘자극받기’, ‘학생입장 되어보기’, ‘동료교사들로부터 배우기’ 등 세 가지 주제가, 그리고 부정적인 의미로는 ‘평가중심주의’, ‘학교현장과의 괴리’, ‘수박 겉핥기’ 등 세 주제가 도출되었다. 이러한 1정연수 과정은 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면이 함께 나타난다는 점, 긍정적인 측면은 주로 잠재적 교육과정을 통해, 부정적인 측면은 주로 표면적 교육과정을 통해 나타난다는 점, 그리고 1정연수 과정이 ‘신뢰의 논리’로 해석될 수 있다는 점 등의 특징이 있는 것으로 나타났다
The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics and meaning of the in-service teacher training program. For that purpose, I observed participated and observed a in-service teacher training program, and eight teachers and one lecturer were interviewed deeply about their experience of in-service teacher training program.The results of this research are as followings. The in-service teacher training program was the positive course of 'a stimulant', 'being as a position of student', and 'learning from colleague teachers' for teachers. But the in-service teacher training program was the negative course of 'excessively evaluation-oriented', 'being estranged from school', and 'superficiality' for teachers. The characteristics fo the in-service teacher training program are as followings: 1) The in-service teacher training program has both positive characteristics and negative characteristics. 2) The Formal curriculum of in-service teacher training program has an negative effect on teachers, but the hidden curriculum of in-service teacher training program has an positive effect on teachers. 3) The theory of logic of confidence can be applied to the meaning of the in-service teacher training program.
