We present the result from an instructional program for elemenraty school preserves, in which we used web-based hymnastics learning program(http://vision. taegue.ac.kr/~shenam) for their skill learning. the effectiveness study was conducted with subjects, 32 males and 95 females, based on quality research methods. the summarized research outcomes are as follows.
First, the most favored topic was \' backward-roll\' for male preserves, and \' handstand by oneself\' for female preserves.
Second, the satisfaction index after self-initiative web-based studies was 63% for male preserves, and 66% for female preserves.
Third, the common comments among the teachers were a) the well-structureed subroutine learning program for each topic was the most effective study guide for self-study, b) the use of supplemenraty equipment (e.g. inclined surface \'backward-roll\') might be necessary for more effective learning and c) regarding skill learning with the key clues given, both affirmative and negative aspects were suggested depending on the level of preserves.
