The purpose of this study was to search applicability of Information Communication Technology(ICT) in Elementary School Physical Education Classes(ESPEC). For the purpose, this study was designed by Mathison\'s(1988) triangulation. Therefore, methods are conposed of in-depth intreview, carrative observation, questionnaires. Participants of in-depth interviews were divided primary interviews(65 elementary school teachers), second interviews(383 grade and 376 grade of elemenraty school dtudents), third interviews(2 elementary school teachers). Narrative observation were 3 grade. And questionnaires were 278 elementary school teachers(148 female and 130 male). According to results, applicated level for ESPEC was lowest in the ten courses of elementary school. This results was due to teacher\'s negative opinion about ICT for ESPEC, teacher\'s ability lack of handling on the ICT, insufficient materials for ESPEC, and inadequate environments.
