The purpose of this study was to description the application of performance assessment rubrics in creative expression activity. I made use of the case study method as a research method for emic wordl. The performance assessment tools were applied to 6th classes of J attached elementary chool. As the data gaathering methods of this study video camera recording, in-depth interview and assessment sheets were used and anlyzed qualitatively. The results of this study were summarized as follows: First, As the results of applying the rubrics, there were positive effects on both teachers and learners. Teachers could understand core elementary of their instructions, and evaluate learnier performances by various points. Second, according to the results of assessmenr sheets, students\' self and peer evaluation to their classes were positive.
