The purpose of the present study was to fathom out how the Exercise program has an effect on the psychological and the
brain wave of children having ADHD. For this research, we made the Newsports program which is composed of the 24
exercise-times during twelve weeks, and then applied it to the children who was diagnosed with ADHD, to closely look into the
variance of the power of heedfulness, the shift of behaviors, and the flow of brain wave. Based on the discovered resultants of
this Newsports program, we propose to divulge the corollary of the exercise as the means of reconciliation to mitigate the
symptoms of ADHD and to better up the life-quality of the children having the disease. The subjects was chosen among the
attendants who both are in elementary schools and want to voluntarily take part in this experiment. All the contents of the
exercises was fulfilled two times a week, all told 24 times. And the we have performed the statistical analysis and collated the
whole data. The consequences run as follows: first, this exercise program ameliorated the abilities of attentiveness of children.
Second, the affirmative response has appeared in general social-competence and problem-actions in case of the children with
ADHD. Last but not least. the brain wave has been positively affected. The scarcity of sample children-cases in this research
makes it awkward to generalize the results. On the other hand, the exercise program is expected to favorably amend the
psychological aspects of children in the state of ADHD. Therefore, there exists the real exigency to continue this present
research on this program.
