The porpose of this study was to empirically verify whether or not there was any efficiency of contextual interference for children who practice under the several conditions.
The 36 remale students who were tested, have never played soccer, and wre in the 5th grade at D elementary school in P city. And the groups were randomly assiged into blocked practice group, random practice group, and bloked-random transfer group by pracice condition.
The experiment subject was to kick a ball toward target of diameter 2m 50 cm that is loated 7 m away and diviede by 5 steps with inside kick, instep kick, and toe kick.
In the acquisition phase, individuals of each group practived three techniques 10 times per day for 6 days, and in the retenrion phase, respective individuals of each group practived three techniques 5 times per day on 2nd day, 4th day, and 6th day.
And the experiment was conducted by repeated measure that was factorized as independent variable with practice-conditions and blocks 3x6 in the azquisition phase, and 3x3 in the retention phase.
The data process was carried out by two-way ANOVA with repeated measure, and the post verification was re-analyzed by Tukey HSD. And the analysis of the data suggested the following conclusion.
