This study arms at identifying the actual conditions of developmental activities for elemenraty physical education along with how to improve them so that it can provide basic materials needed to motivate elemenraty pupils to enjoy physical education activities in thier daily lives and improve conventional physical development activities toward a little more efficient level.
The results of analysis can be outlined as follows:
1. Selection of divisions for physical development activities and organizational profile
In terms of the formation of divisions for physical development activities, most respondents answered that the formation wa based on non-grade system from Grade 4 to 6, and they also answered that the divisions in charge were often selected on the basis of a survey asking the wishes of pupils and teachers.
In the level of division, the most polular sport events as formed included badmontion, rope skipping, field and track events, soccer and other ball games. For the opportucvity to change my divisions(52.2%). Other answers included \'I change my division term by term\' and \'Occasionally change my division\'
2. Operational profile goals prerequisite to physical development activities focused on human educaion and emotional culture, aptitudinal development, skilled motor functions, human relarionship and enhanced autonomy respectively in order of priority.
Meanwhile, the physical development activities were carried out mainly on the basis of fixed data system, followed by biweekly system, previous day system, w hour per week and distributed peration, respectively.
3. Evaluative profile pf physical development activities
the person in charge of evaluation physical development activities was usually a supervisor in charge of the activities , an instructor and teacher in charge of the activities and general teachers, respectively.
The criteria of evaluation included activity conditions, attitude to participation, sperial skill and functions and attendance rate, respectively.
4. How to improve the physical development activities
The biggest problem in the operation of physical development activities included excessice enrollment, operator\'s low interest and supports, lack of instructional abilities and incomplete divisional organization and evaluation, respectively.
