영문초록

This study shows that how rope skipping affacts on a body of elemenraty school students and a meanong of the difference of the group organizations. The subjects in this study were twenty boys and girls in 4th grade of elementary school that I serve. Two groups(ten boys and girls each) were applied the progressive load principle and another two groups were applied the fixation load principle. They were under a preliminary training for two weeks bofore the application of this program, and then this rope skipping program was practived for eight weeks. Also, I carried them out an examination before and after the application of this program. The result of this study were as follows: First of all, progressive load principle was applied to the group of both boys and girls and both groups had a big difference on the triceps, under part of the shoulder. and the ghigh by a analyzing the result of the group data. Moreover, each group of both boys and girls showed a difference on the triceps, under part of the shoulder. and the thigh. However, those four groups had a difference on abdomen and it was not much. Second of all, by analyzing the difference between the group that the progressive load principle was applied and the other group that the fixation load principle was applied after eight weeks of training, the group with the applied the progressive load principle had more differences of body organization than the other group with the applied the fixation load principle.
