This study intended to indicate inline-skate exercise having effects on physical fitness among elementary school students.
The objects of this study were 30 third graders(boys) D elementary school in D city. Inline-skate groups were performed programs in twelve week to idenfify the effectiveness of the programs in terms of the differences between pre-test and post test results.
The collected data were analyzed by ANCOVA with the SPSS Win Program.
The objects of this study, consist of third grade students, are classified like this: 15 students who are inlin-skate athletes, 15 students who don\'t do special exercise. By measuring physical fitness among each group, the results of this study are following this:
1. Inline-skated group has higher numnerical value significantly than comparison group in muscular enxurance which are factors of physical fitness.
2. Inline-skate group has higher numerical value significantly than comparion group in balance which are factors of physical fitenss.
Following these results above, inline-skate group has higher numerical value significantly than comparison group in the factors of physical fitness . Inline- skate exercise, therefore, is a suggestible one because it enable children to promote thier muscle endurance and balance.
