The purpose of this research is to figure out what kind of rule the smart phone is
taking through researching on smart phone use experience of migrant women in Korea
and to suggest plan of education for Korean life adaption. To do this, recently migrate
women have been selected and in-depth interview has been conducted from 2014. June
to 2014. September. The interview categorize migrant married women's smart phone use
experience three part and analyze them ; Linguistic rule, informative rule, emotional role,
identity rule.
The results ar as follows.
First, in terms of linguistic rule, migrant women tried to overcome the language barrier
using smart phone. Second, in terms of informative rule, they got information through
about how to sustain their marriage. Third, in terms of emotional rule, migrant women
were settling down their loneliness and stress using smart phone. Forth, in terms of
identity rule, migrant women were trying to keep their identity using smart phone while
living Korea. Based on these study results, this thesis suggest plan of education for
migrant women who are not able to participate in education for compelling reasons.
