이 연구는 선진과 후진이 같은 길(道)을 교육의 소재로 삼아 함께 걸어가는 ‘사제동행’ 이외에도 하나의 커다란 길을 형성하는 서로 다른 작은 길(이질적 품위 계열)에 속한 경쟁자들 사이의 ‘이행’(離行), 그리고 같은 길을 가는 등등 품위 소유자들 사이의 ‘공조’(共助) 등 다양한 장면에서 교육이 살아 숨 쉬고 있음을 보이기 위한 것이다. 마티스와 피카소 사이의 교류를 살펴보면, 이들이 미술계 내의 이질적인 유파에 속해 있기는 하지만, 상구를 통해 상대의 장점을 흡수하여 자기 발전을 도모하면서도(連理), 동상적인 교육의 경우와는 달리, 상대와 자신 사이의 차이를 더욱 심화시켜 이행함으로써 미술계 전체의 발전에 기여하였다는 점을 알 수 있다. 또한 입체주의 탄생시킨 브라크와 피카소의 협력을 분석하면, 그들이 개별적인 주체가 아니라, 양자 가운데 어느 한 사람으로 환원될 수 없는 ‘서로-주체’로 결합하여 독특한 공조상구를 전개하였음이 드러난다. 그 동안 상대적으로 교육학의 주목을 받지 못했던 이러한 교육의 양태들을 드러내어 개념화하고, 이를 통하여 교육본위론을 좀 더 풍요롭게 하려는 것이 이 연구의 의도이고 목적이다.
This study is to suggest new educational concepts such as ``attaching separation``, ``separately ascending education``, and ``cooperatingly ascending education``. These concepts are expected to reveal new types of education relatively unexplained by endogenous theory of education. In most cases, education is conceived to be possible between the more advanced and the less advanced of same kind of transcendental world, and reduce the gap or differences between their transtalents. But education can be actualized between rivals of different sects within same transcendental world, or people possessing equivalent transtalents. This study focused competition and cooperation between Matisse, Picasso, and Braque and showed the various activities and phenomenon related to ascending education. According to the results of this study, education can be re-conceived to deepen and intensify the differences of educational participants`` transtalents, or bring new transtalent to various transcendental worlds by cooperation of participants. Education can be re-conceptualized to be one of important factors to make different sects or schools within a transcendental world or new transcendental world itself.
