In this study, the major purposes are to find the conception of parents\' satisfaction by searching past studies and to examine the affecting factors of parents\' satisfaction on the homeroom teacher.
The main finding of this study are as follows.
Firstly, the most influential factor for the parents\' satisfaction was the behavior property of the teacher. Supportive help was the most positive and influential factor(β=.293). Negative feedback & teacher direction(β=-.12) was negative factor. The work and orientation was positive(β=.12)
Secondly, parents\' background and the teacher\'s background(gender, career, position, teachers organization)did not affect the parents\' satisfaction. The gender of the teacher affected the parents\' satisfaction a little. And the career of the teacher affected the parents\' satisfaction a little, too. But two background factors are not definite affecting factors.
