This study analyzed how demographic variables and educational training affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the employees of Community Credit Cooperative. In the results of analysis, job satisfaction was significantly different among the groups according to gender, position, and management grade, and organizational commitment was significantly different among the groups according to gender, the length of service, position, and age. In addition, educational training perceived by the employees of community credit cooperatives explained 44.5% of job satisfaction and 28.8% of organizational commitment, and job satisfaction explained 49.3% of organizational commitment. The results of this study as presented above are usable as criteria for organizational management related to demographic variables in promoting the healthy development of Community Credit Cooperative. Also, in order to enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the employees of Community Credit Cooperative, this study suggested active support for the employees’ educational training by their superiors and colleagues and development of satisfactory education programs at the training center of Community Credit Cooperative.
