본 연구는 MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) 성격검사도구를 이용하여 청소년의 성격유형을 파악하고, 그에 따른 청소년의 성격유형이 여가활동의 선택에 있어 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 파악하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구대상은 서울에 소재한 H여고의 1학년 학생이며 MBTI 검사지와 설문지 92부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 전반적으로 성격유형의 여가활동 참여경향에 있어서는 문화적 활동의 비율이 높지만 미래 여가활동 선택에서는 신체적 활동으로 비율이 높아지는 것을 볼 수 있다. 성격지표와 여가활동의 관계를 보면, 내향성(I)은 문화적 활동이 외향성(E)은 신체적 활동 비율이 높다. 여가활동 참여도는 1일과 1주일에 1~2회 비율이 높다. 여가활동 동반자 선택에 있어 감각형(S)은 가정과 함께하는 것을 직관형(N)은 친구(애인)와 함께하는 것을 더 선호하며, 감정형(F)이 사고형(T)에 비해 친구(애인)와 함께하는 것을 더 선호한다. 내향성(I)은 외향성(E)보다 혼자하는 것을 선호한다. 성격유형의 선호경향과 여가활동의 관계를 보면 기질별, 기능별 유형과 미래 여가활동 선택에서는 직관적사고형(NT)의 신체적 활동 비율이 다른 유형에 비해 낮고 문화적 활동 비율은 높다. 기질별, 기능별 유형과 여가활동 동반자 선택에서는 직관적감정형(NF)이 다른 유형에 비해 친구(애인)와 함께하는 비율이 높다. 또한 대인행동 유형별 여가활동 동반자 선택에서는 내향적감정형(IF)이 다른 유형에 비해 친구(애인)와 함께하는 비율이 높다. 이러한 연구 결과는 청소년의 여가활동 프로그램 개발뿐만 아니라, 21세기 청소년의 여가와 관련된 복지정책에 필요한 기초 자료를 마련하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다고 본다.

The result of this research, There is the meaning in the difference of the feeling(F) with the thinking(T) and the difference of the introversion(I) with the extroversion(E) We were revealed that textroversion(E) prefered a body activity more compared with the introversion(I). The thing which the feeling(F) does together compared with the Thinking(T). As this result which comes to get through research. We escape from a culture activity which the leisure activity of young boys and girls is restricted. The aid tries are the grade and to be the toe even though we will do particular leisure activity.
