본 연구는 성폭력으로 보호관찰수강명령을 받은 청소년 성폭력 가해자들을 대상으로 공감력 증진을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 분석하여 향후 성폭력 피해자 공감을 위한 치료프로그램으로 정착시키려는 목적으로 실시되었다. 본 프로그램은 정서적 감수성 향상을 위한 공감적 언어표현 훈련과 타인에 대한 조망능력 향상, 성에 대한 왜곡된 태도 등을 포함하여 단계별로 내용을 구성하였다. 첫 단계는 피해자에 대한 공감의식을 개발하기 위해 가해자들의 감수성 훈련에 집중화하였다. 감성단어 목록을 만들어 감정을 표현하는데 활용하였고 공감노트 작성하기를 매회기마다 실시하여 교육이 마무리 될 때까지 지속하였다. 두 번째 단계는 자신의 성 이야기를 통해 성에 대한 왜곡된 환상, 태도, 통념에 대해 드러내기 과정으로 진행되었다. 세 번째 단계는 피해자 입장되어 보기를 좀 더 세분화하는 작업으로 피해자의 사례를 중심으로 영상물과 역할극, 편지쓰기, 피해자 글 읽기 등을 통해 가해자가 피해자 고통을 자각하고 피해자 감정을 간접적으로 경험하도록 하는 것이다. 총 10회기에 걸쳐 진행된 프로그램의 효과는 공감력과 자존감이 유의하게 향상되었고 강간통념과 불안은 유의하게 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 프로그램의 효과검증을 위해 t검증을 실시하였고 사례수가 극히 제한적이어서 결과를 해석하는데 신중을 기해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 이 결과를 바탕으로 프로그램에 대한 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다. 주요어 : 청소년 성폭력 가해자, 공감, 강간통념, 자존감
This study is about the treatment program's development for empathy advance juvenile sexual offenders and test its efficacy. Program has four level, the first step is face and empathy victim, the second step is understandings of subjects themselves; self-esteems. And the third step is express themselves, and the last step is for the growing the plan. We used Davis(1983) IRI(Interpersonal Reactivity Index), Rape Myth Acceptance Scale, Self-esteem Scale, Anxiety, Anger Scale, Depress Scale. The results show that significant improvement of Empathy and perspective-taking(PT), empathy concern(EC) and decreasing of rape myth, depress, anxiety, and increasing of self-esteem. Limits of this study are unstable empathy program. For future studies need continually complement empathy program. Key words : Juvenile Sexual Offenders, Empathy, Rape Myth Acceptance, self-esteems
