This study explored the multiple crisis and problem behaviors occurrences pattern among adolescences and identified the adjacent crisis and problem behaviors to each crisis and problem behavior in order to advance crisis intervention. 548 adolescents (male: 244, female: 304) from Youth Counseling and Welfare Centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi- Incheon, and Chungcheong regions participated in this study. They had received counseling from both youth companions(YC) and school counselors. The numbers and the rates of multiple crisis occurrences were examined according to counselors crisis screening check-list, composed of 14 crisis and problem behaviors. The data was analyzed using multidimensional scaling(MDS) and clustering analysis. As a results, a positioning map illustrating distance among 14 crisis and problem behaviors was elicited. Crisis factors were clustered into 5 groups. Crisis and problem behaviors in the same crisis stage can be grouped into different clusters or overlap with other crisis stages in the crisis implementation process.
