This study was a single group pre - post research designed to investigate the effects of a single session group music activity on the anxiety, depression, physical stress and emotional changes due to the stress of the worker engaged in the insurance review and assessment work. The study subjects were 201 people who participated in workshops. Before participating in music activities a pre-test was conducted, and they participated in music activities for 100 minutes. After that, a post-test was conducted along with the questionnaire survey on satisfaction with the group activity. To analyze the more accurate effects of musical activities, 106 participants of the participants with high depression and anxiety were analyzed. The results are as follows. The participants anxiety, depression, and stress scores decreased significantly after the music activity. Especially, anxiety scores and physical stress scores were different according to type of job. In addition, positive emotions increased and negative emotions decreased after music activities, but there was no difference according to individual variables of participants. Participants were satisfied with the program after the activity and reported that they were helpful in daily life. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that a single session group music activity can help reduce anxiety, depression, physical stress and stress-related emotional change.
