본 연구는 병사가 지각하는 군 생활 적응행동과 부적응행동을 살펴보기 위하여 78명의 병사가 작성한 개방형 자기보고식 질문지를 CQR-M방법을 통하여 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 병사가 지각하는 군 생활 적응행동 영역은 업무능력과 책임수행, 사회성기술, 선후임 및 간부와의 관계, 심신 건강, 자기관리 순이었다. 둘째, 병사가 지각하는 군 생활 부적응행동 영역은 심신 건강, 사회성 기술, 업무능력과 책임 수행, 선후임 및 간부와의 관계, 자기관리 순이었다. 셋째, 각 영역의 가장 비율이 높은 범주를 중심으로 살펴보면, 눈치 있게 전우의 입장을 잘 파악하고 배려하여 대처하는 것이 가장 적응적이었으며, 의지가 약하고 우울해 하고 행동이 느린 것이 가장 부적응적이었다. 넷째, 군생활 부적응행동 중 가장 반응이 높았던 심신 건강의 하위영역은 대부분 우울장애와 관련이 있었다.
The purpose of this study was to explore the adaptive and maladaptive behaviors related on the military life of youth solders. A self-report questionnaire with open ended questions was used for the data collection from 78 solders. The data was analyzed based on the CQR-M method. The results were as follows. First, the areas of adaptive behaviors in military included task ability and responsibility fulfillment, social skill, relationship with colleague, physical and mental health, and self-management. Second, the areas of maladaptive behaviors in military were physical and mental health, social skill, task ability, and responsibility fulfillment, relationship with colleague, and self-management. Third, the most important adaptive behavior was consideration for colleague using a bit of tact and the important maladaptive behaviors was not doing hard with excuse and acting slowly with having a weak mind. Lastly, symptoms of depressive disorder were related with the most important maladaptive sub area of the physical and mental health.
