본 연구의 목적은 학습유형에 따라 임상실습 전 모의환자를 활용한 성인간호 시뮬레이션 교육이 비판적 사고성향, 팀효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상자는 4년제 간호대학에 재학 중인 임상실습 전 간호 대학생 2학년 118명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계, 교차분석, 이원배치 반복측정 분산분석(Two-way repeated measures ANOVA) 을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 본 연구의 대상자의 학습유형은 적응자 43.2%, 수렴자 33.9%, 융합자 14.4%, 분산자 8.5% 로 나타났다. 임상실습 전 모의환자를 활용한 성인간호 시뮬레이션 교육은 비판적 사고성향과 팀효능감은 향상되었으나, 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이를 기초로 간호대학생의 학습유형을 반영한 다양한 교수법과 학습전략마련이 요구되며, 학습유형과 성인간호 시뮬레이션 교육효과 간에 대한 고찰을 통해 시뮬레이션 교육의 효과를 극대화 시킬 방안의 모색이 필요할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of adult nursing simulation education on critical thinking disposition and team efficacy according to learning type. The subjects of this study were 118 nursing students in second year nursing students who were attending 4year nursing college. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 program using descriptive statistics, χ2-test, and two-way repeated measures ANOVA. As a result of this study, learning style of nursing students were 43.2% of accommodator, 33.9% of converger, 14.4% of assimilator and 8.5% of diverger. Although there was a significant improvement in critical thinking disposition and team efficacy, there was no statistically significant difference in the practice of adult nursing simulation education. Based on this, various teaching methods and learning strategies reflecting the learning styles of nursing students are required, and it is necessary to seek ways to maximize the effect of simulation education by examining the effects of learning types and adult nursing simulation education effects.
