In the era of the Knowledge and Information Industry Revolution, both the optimistic and pessimistic prospects are raised, and the future will be obscured by how humanity copes with this upheaval. The era of the Knowledge and Information Industrial Revolution takes place in the direction of super connection , ‘super-intelligence’, and ‘super-credibility’. Super-connection goes beyond the physical connection to the virtual world. The Internet of Things is the basis for this connection. All things such as home, transportation, city, and energy are connected to the Internet. When super-intelligence(artificial intelligence) is combined here, there will be tremendous convenience and everything in life will become smart. In addition, the block chain technology will provide super-credibility of all transactions and provides efficiency, eliminating the need for lawyers, brokers, and even bankers in virtually every transaction in the industry. However, in the era of the Knowledge and Information Industry Revolution, robots and artificial intelligence will provide much of the labor force, so it is necessary to change the existing concept of ‘labor’. Especially, it should play an important role in the accumulation of surplus capital in the era of the Knowledge and Information Industry Revolution. We should consider all human activities related to big data collection as labor and have appropriate compensation system. In this case, all human activities such as hobbies and amusements that are not included in existing concept of labor can be evaluated as labor and redistributed appropriately.
