In recent years, the domestic construction industry has been at the highest level of the industrial disaster analysis. It is related to the fact which construction work has the characteristics of mega size, heavy material and man power. The accident or disaster in construction work leads to delay the whole project and hinder the healthy progress of construction management on site and cause a deadly losses of life and workers health. The purpose of this study is to identify major risk factors that may cause construction disasters during construction work and index the situation easily with indexing model. In this study, firstly, we built up the CTRI (Construction Temporary work Risk Index) model with combining major risk factors of environmental factor, work trait factor and human factor. Then we simulate the model with real construction project case that is proceed presently, contrasting the disaster reported case with none-disaster reported case at the same day this year. This model can help building construction field management by identifying the coming up risk easily.
