The purpose of this study is to verify if job satisfaction has mediating effect in the relationship between psychological capital and turnover intention of construction worker. For achieving the study purpose, a survey was conducted targeting general construction workers in Gyeonggi area and after collecting data, total 310 questionnaires excepting missing data were used for analysis. First, The analysis finding showed that in the relationship between psychological capital and turnover intention of construction workers, hope and self-efficacy, which are sub-factors of psychological capital, had significant effect on turnover intention. Second, hope and self-efficacy had significant effect on job satisfaction and resilience and optimism did not significantly influence. Third, Job satisfaction fully mediated the negative effect in the relationship of hope and self-efficacy with turnover intention. This study, based on the findings, proposed the policy and practical suggestions to lower or mitigate the turnover intention as well as ensure the stable work life of the construction workers
