인류의 역사에는 각 시대를 이끌어 나가거나, 위대한 업적을 남긴 위인들이나 대중들로부터 많은 호응을 얻고 인기를 누린 사람들이 있다. 이러한 위인들은 단순히 외모가 뛰어나서가 아니라, 그들의 정신, 행동, 말과, 업적이 보통 사람들 보다 뛰어나기 때문이다. 오늘날은 정보통신 기술의 발전으로 사람의 외모, 목소리, 행적을 기록해 둘 수 있고, 후손들은 이 정보를 저장하고, 전송하고, 재생할 수 있다. 그러나 과거에 열악한 환경에서 녹음된 위인의 목소리나, 위대한 가수의 목소리는 다시 듣고 싶어도 원본 그대로 복원을 하는 것은 어렵다. 또한, 복원의 근본이 될 만한 단서가 전혀 없는 위인들의 목소리를 다시 만드는 것은 뛰어난 과학기술이 있다고 하더라도, 어려운 것은 동일하다. 이러한 목소리의 복원은 위인들의 것을 복원하여 후손들에게 전할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 일찍 돌아가신 부모들의 살아 있는 동안의 격려와 사랑의 메시지를 더 정감 있게 전달 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이러한 목소리는 다양한 언어적, 언어 외적 정보를 많이 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 목소리의 복원과 관련하여 과거의 데이터를 기반으로 하여, 시간-주파수 영역에서 합성 파라미터를 조절해 고품질의 목소리를 복원 합성하는 연구를 수행하였다.
In the history of mankind, there are those who have led each era or have received great reception from the public who have made great achievements.These great men are not merely excellent in appearance, but also because their spirit, their actions, their horses, their achievements are superior to ordinary people. Today, the development of information and communication technology can record a person s appearance, voice, and actions, and descendants can store, transmit, and reproduce this information. However, it is difficult to restore the original sound even if you want to hear the voice of a great men or the voice of a great singer recorded in a harsh environment in the past. In addition, it is the more difficulty to reconstruct the voices of the great men who have no clue that might be the basis of restoration, even if they have excellent science and technology. In this way, not only can restored voices be communicated to descendants, it has the advantage of being able to convey the message of encouragement and love during the lifetime of parents who died early. These voices contain many verbal and non-verbal information. In this study, we have researched and synthesized high-quality voices by adjusting synthesis parameters in the time-frequency domain based on past data in relation to restoration of voices.
