The purpose of this study is to provide a basic data to understand the private kindergarten situation in 2018 and the sustainable development plan of private kindergarten using Big Data. As a genealogical approach, data such as research, news, and keyword data related to private kindergartens in 2018 were defined as big data Private kindergarten when the promotion policy, strengthen government support period, fiscal 2018 private data of the major turning points of the kindergarten situation leads to conflicts when the audit with the inception and development aspects of the situation were examined in order to understand the nature of the situation.As a result, the private kindergarten promotion policy was affecting the current establishment of private kindergartens, financial systems and legal systems. The trigger of the 2017 private kindergarten group closure declaration and withdrawal was the private kindergarten audit, which led to the disclosure of private kindergarten audit results in 2018, and the spread of conflict between private kindergartens and social authorities. We discussed the need for a retrieval of all of us through the purpose of establishing a private kindergarten for the purpose of resolving conflicts related to private kindergartens and discussing sustainable development plans, the publicity and excellence of early childhood education, the expansion of national and public kindergartens, and the purpose of establishing private kindergartens and the priorities of reasons.
