This study examine the success factors of born global start-up in order to move away from Korea s start-up ecosystem, which has a high regulation barrier and a relatively narrow domestic market, to enter into a wider market in China. However, China s business environment, which is close to Korea, is relatively closed to foreigners and has a lot of difficulties in starting a business. Therefore, this study explores how to move into the Chinese market by moving into an accelerator by a foreigner established in China, or entering Hong Kong through China, which has relatively low entry barriers to foreigners. First, we will establish the theoretical basis of this global start-up and accelerator research, and examine the cases of Korean companies and foreign companies that have entered the accelerators of Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. As a result of the survey, companies using technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution that the world is pursuing were advantageous, and localization strategies that understood the characteristics of Chinese customers were important. In addition, in order for this born global start-up to successfully start up in China, we have found that we can successfully enter China by selecting a co-founder. In addition, in Hong Kong, Cyberport, a government-supported accelerator, is good for born global start-ups. In order to minimize the various restricts of the Chinese government when entering China, better do a parent company is established in Hong Kong and a subsidiary is established in China.
