Recently, Asian countries such as Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Japan have been fiercely fighting for their position as Asia Hub Airport. In this study, we searched for the services that the airport should provide for positioning as an Asian hub airport by passenger type such as departure, entry and transfer. The results of the study are as follows. First, the recommendation intention of the passengers who entered and departed at the same time was the highest, but the recommendation intention of the passengers who were only entering the country was the lowest. Second, the service that affects the recommendation of arrival only customers is food and shopping service. Third, it was found that customers who arrival and departure affected queuing, sign, and staff service. Fourth, the service that affects recommendation of departure only customers influenced by shopping, food, queuing, staff, etc. Fifth, in the case of transit customers, the influence of staff was the largest, followed by queuing and sign services. This study is expected to help improve the service to develop into Asian hub airport.
