The aim of this study was to analysis the concept of discrimination in male nursing students. This study used Walker and Avant’s process of concept analysis. The defining attributes of the concept of male nursing student s discrimination include a)barrier of nursing education, b)gender stereotype, c)women-centered occupational consciousness, d)social exclusion and restriction and e)ethical consideration. In consideration of these defining criteria, the consequence of discrimination in male nursing students were a) experience discomfort b) practice a passive attitude c) be intimidated in practice d) to experience the sense of difference in clinical e) less learning opportunities f) fear of forming relationships with the patient g) lack of confidence h) awareness of the need for change. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a policy to solve the discrimination of male nursing students and to improve educational environment through review about nursing education curriculums and systems.
